- Refunds are only available for digital products (e.g., e-books, courses) if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.

- Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

 

 2.2 Software Products

- Refunds are available for software products, provided technical issues prevent proper usage and our support team is unable to resolve the problem.

- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

 

 2.3 Physical Products (Bulk Orders)

- Physical products sold under the Oshadham brand are eligible for refunds if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.

- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. The products must be returned in unused, original condition and packaging.

 

 3. Non-Refundable Items

- Personalized or customized items.

- Products purchased during sales or with promotional codes.

 

 4. How to Request a Refund

- Submit a refund request by emailing support@medhayu.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.

- Our customer care team will respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.
